Broadband is considered a basic service like water, electricity and health

Beirut.- The Dominican Telecom Institute (Indotel) shared its experience of taking Broadband Internet to Dominican Republic’s rural areas, in the 9th World Symposium for Regulatory Agencies of the International Telecom Union (UIT).

Indotel international consultant Edwin San Román headed Dominican Republic’s presentation on its experience to the 648 participants from 89 countries present in the event held from November 10 to 12, in the Middle Eastern country Lebanon.
