Santo Domingo.- For the fourth consecutive year American Airlines awarded the travel agencies which obtained the highest results in 2009.

The winning agencies were Viajes Alkasa, Turinter, Travelwise, Services Travel, Agencia de Viajes Taveras, Rosedy Tours, Quisqueyana Travel, Milena Tour, Viajes Mapfre and Tarys Travel.

The recognitions took place in a gala dinner prepared exclusively for the occasion in the Occidental Hotel El Embajador, where the agencies selected on their merits, where the representatives were recognized for the impressive production levels.

Oliver Bojos, general director for Dominican Repúblic, said American Airlines is proud of having strategic allies which they themselves improve year after year, providing a top quality service for Dominican travelers.

I am glad that American Airlines support travel agencies that offer quality services for its clients. I used one of the winning agencies services and went to Hawaii. They had a big list of Hawaii hotels I could check in and I chose one of them and I do not regret any minute my choice. I had a really good time enjoying the warm ocean water, nice people and a lot of fun.
