This is the last opened Golf course in Punta Cana, designed by P.B.Dye, it has 18 holes (72 pair), and is pre-construction for Villas and condominiums.
First phase is 244 condos and 30 Villas.

Iberostate has very slow administration in communication with real estate agencies.

Comparing with Cocotal Golf (that is finished, 27 holes), Iberostate has elevated prices.
One bedroom condos starts from 190K, two bedrooms 285K, three bedrooms 475 (you can get a Villa in Cocotal for that price).

Cocotal - one bedroom all SOLD, two bedrooms starts from 130K in Golf Suites.
Villas Cocotal from 390K.
White Sands Golf - two bedrooms from 170K.
