Santo Domingo.- American Airlines celebrated Mothers Day by bestowing a flower on each lady who traveled that day, and its personnel at Las Americas Airport gladly entertained them.

American’s initiative as a simple gesture sought to show its esteem and gratefulness for the Dominican market, especially the mothers, the pillar of the nation’s families.

“For us to celebrate with Dominican mothers in such a special day has already become a tradition, recognizing their dignified and important contribution to society,” said American Airlines Dominican Republic director Oliver Bojos. “In American we feel identified with the traditional celebrations of the Dominican people whom have welcomed us during 37 years.”
