Santo Domingo. - The Dominican Tourism Press Association (Adompretur) Thursday announced the Third Press & Tourism Summit 2012 in Santo Domingo, to discuss problems, issues and challenges for the city of Santo Domingo as a destination and identify media support actions.
The activity slated for Santo Domingo July 6 to 8 features Adompretur\s nationwide participation, journalists and key tourism players in Greater Santo Domingo.
Adompretur president Osvaldo Soriano said the summit will be hosted by the Santo Domingo Tourism Cluster, with the support of the Tourism Ministry and other agencies in the sector.
Soriano provided the event’s details of the offices of the Santo Domingo Tourism Cluster, a companied by Tourism Deputy minister Fausto Fernandez, and Cluster executives Freddy Ginebra, and Luis Lopez.
The Summit’s program will begin 8pm Friday July 6, with a reception in the officies of the CODIA, on Padre Billini St. in the Colonial Zone.
