SD. The Cisneros Foundation partnered with the Armed Forces and National Police Office Vocational Schools of (DIGEV) to host a workshop and the course "Building blocks for business education and business plans," provided through the Masters Updated Education (AME) program for teachers and officials in the exercise of military authority.

The 250-hour course developed by Babson College, a leading U.S. business administration and entrepreneurship university, was also adapted by a team of Latin American experts.

 The academic curriculum’s main target is to provide teachers new knowledge to develop social and educational skills, training techniques and development of entrepreneurial skills as the basis to create wealth and jobs through human capital to meet the century’s demands.
