Dominican Republic’s most prestigious golf event tees off today

Santo Domingo.- As part of the Casa de Campo Open 2015, Dominican Republic’s most prestigious golf event, the Pro-Am will be played today Wednesday at Teeth of the Dog links, under the scramble format between amateurs, with an important work of social responsibility, where part of the proceeds go to the ‘Hogar del Niño La Romana’ charity trustees.

The Tourism Ministry, the Banco Popular and Casa de Campo also host the event, who along with others, will carry out the humanitarian goal set by the Dominican Golf Federation in the annual DR Open.

The teams will be composed of three players who will be joined by one of the players on the PGA Tour to be assigned by the organizers.
