CCN and “Orgullo de mi Tierra” unveils book on Dominican golf

Santo Domingo.– Centro Cuesta Nacional (CCN) under the "Orgullo de mi Tierra" initiative on Wednesday unveiled the book Golf Republica Dominicana, a collection of Dominican Treasure dedicated to highlighting the offer of the sport in the country.

The book now available at Cuesta Bookstore is authored by Willi Pumarol and includes in its 271 pages the history of the development of this discipline, an inventory of the main golf courses, 135 images by photographers Ricardo Rojas, Cesar Herrera, Nelson Sanlley, Thiago Da Cunha, Carlos Peña and Adalberto Rios, curated by renowned US-Cuban photographer Raul Touzon.

The event included speeches by the vice president of social responsibility and corporate affairs for Centro Cuesta Nacional (CCN) Vicky Malla and former president of the Dominican Federation of Golf (FEDOGOLF) Marcos Troncoso, who pointed out that the new publication contributes to the promotion of infrastructure available to the country for this sport.
