American Airlines gets customer service kudos at Santiago Airport

Santiago.- American Airlines Dominican Republic was awardedthe International Customer Service Cup for the quality of its service providedin the country for a third year, during the fourth quarter of 2015.

The carrier was awarded for the second consecutive year, thistime for its operations at Cibao International Airport, which has stood forexcellence in passenger service of the airport terminal year after year.

The Customer Cup is an award that recognizes the bestservice stations internationally, where American Airlines operates and againthis year the airline operations at Santiago’s Airport.

“This has been ranked as one of the best seasons in whichcompeting airport operations in Antigua, Bermuda, Barbados, Belize, Caracas,Curacao, Guatemala, Lima, Kingston, La Paz, Maracaibo, Managua, Monterrey,Providenciales, Port of Spain, Salvador, San Pedro Sula, Santo Domingo,Tegucigalpa, Santa Cruz, Bolivia and Liberia resulting the winners, exceeding the evaluated standards,” American saidin an emailed statement.

"In American Airlines in the Dominican Republic wework every day to deliver excellence and high standards in passenger services,to achieve a world class travel experience,” said Oliver Bojos, CEO of AA inthe country.
