La Romana, Bayahibe hotels bestow kudos

La Romana, Dominican Republic.- The LaRomana-Bayahibe Hotels Association (AHRB) recently bestowed awards to the DominicanRepublic Hotels and Tourism Association (ASONAHORES), and to the Tourist Police(CESTUR) during its traditional Christmas dinner in Casa de Campo’s Altos de Chavón, La Romana.

In the ceremony AHRB president Daniel Hernándezhanded an award to ASONAHORES president Joel Santos and to CESTUR director JuanCarlos Torres Robiou.

Hernández said ASONAHORES was recognized asthe great platform for the union and cohesion of the Dominican tourism sector,and CESTUR, for its effort to bolster the safety of tourists in thedestination.
