Santo Domingo.- The Cluster of Technological Services-Santo Domingo (ClusTec-SD) signed a co-financing agreement that will allow for application of an innovative program.

The agreement, subscribed by the National Competitiveness Council (CNC) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), entails more than 480,000 dollars and will allow for development of competitive advances and for promoting products related to the technology, software, contact centers and communications businesses.

CNC director Andres van der Horst underscored that this initiative falls within the realm of the National Systematic Competitiveness Plan, which seeks integrating the private public sectors in advancing the country’s competitiveness.

Resources to be destined for this ambitious project surpass 13.5 million dollars.
