Santo Domingo.- The Pyme BHD bank, specialized in credits for micro, small and medium level companies, has loaned RD$521 million to those enterprises since its October, 2004 inaugural.
The credits are distributed equally in amounts of RD$45,000, said Jorge Besosa, vice-president of the Pyme BHD Council, during his participation in the congress "Bank for the small company," held in the offices of Inter-American Development Bank (I.D.B.).
He said Pyme BHD has conducted 5,800 transactions for small and medium companies.
