Santo Domingo.- More than 20 Dominican Republic workers will travel to Soria, Spain, to work in hotels, as part of the migratory agreement of the two countries’ Labor and Immigration authorities.

The national personnel are first evaluated and then hired to work in Soria, to take advantage of the locals’ capacities, for the development of Spanish companies.

This sounds a little bit funny to me. Especially to a province like Soria. If it was La costa del Sol, Levante, but Soria? Do not forget that I'm a Dominico/Spaniard myself and I do know what I'm talking about. If there's one sector with so many spare workers to be employed in Spain, this is one, tourism. Since the collapse of the construction sector in Spain ,everyone has switched to tourism's jobs.Anyway, for sure they'd be better off than in Dominicana
Good luck to them
