Just looking for a handout...
From: Dominican Republic
I hope that we do not follow the bad example of the Puerto Rican coffee growers that abandoned their coffee plantations and condemned PR into being a net coffee importer after producing one of the highest rated coffee's in the world.
Whatever is needed or takes we must preserve our native coffee production not only
for strategic reasons but for our national pride and well being as a country.

Inquisidor,
Puerto Rico was once the world's 4th largest exporter of coffee, Cafe's in Paris, Vienna and Madrid all served PR coffee. The coffee industry contributes $38 million per year to the local economy (3rd. largest agro crop.) and produces 2 million lbs. There are approximately 25 different brands that can be purchased at the farms, local grocers and the internet. Over 75,000 acres of land are dedicated to growing coffee but with a pop. of almost 4 million people and a local average consumption of 30,000,000 lbs. per year it would be numerically impossible for PR not to be a net importer of coffee. The current and future prospects as you have mentioned are bleak, a major problem is that nobody wants to pick the coffee, causing 25% of the harvest to go bad. Principles on the island have considered using prisoners and importing pickers from other countries. You can purchase Yaucono select brands that retail as much as $45 per lb. and still one of the world's best.
From: United States
maybe they should do what the Blue Mountain coffe growers did; sell the entire harvest to the Japanese, and let them finance the picking.
From: Dominican Republic
Mr. dreadlocks
I heard also that Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee growers since they get such a high premium from
their Japanese clients are importing mountain grown Dominican Republic select coffee growers and mixing it with Jamaican and selling it to the Japanese. Just speculating though.

I like Dominican coffee but as a gourmet coffee drinker Puerto Rican high mountain is unparalleled and a treat to the senses. It's too expensive for my sore pockets nowadays.
All my friends that know good cigars, rum and coffee agree with me.
What is your favorite rum? Besides Barbancourt of course.
I am partial to "Trois Riviere" of Martinique and a brand from Trinidad I believe it was called Angostura but I can't recall the name at present, all of course distilled from sugar cane juice not molasses like most Dominican rums.

Although I have tried many of the better coffee offerings, my palate is not sufficiently refined to appreciate the nuances of the better types. Dreadlocks,
As one who has been knowed to tilt a bottle or two, Brugal for paint thinner ?? I will admit I'm a simple man, a traditionalist you might say, I'm stuck in my old ways.
I forgot to mention, as far as beer I'll stick with "Presidente" but I'm unable to find that brand in the area where I live, so Mexican beer will have to do, "Tecate" Beer is my Brand and will do just fine.
When I run out Cafe Santo Domingo, to stay in the spirit of the Caribbean the only Coffee I'm able to purchase locally is Cafe "La Llave".
Also once in a Blue moon or when ever possible I'll smoke a Dominican grown Cohiba. I'll leave you with this...About 2 1/2 years my Mother told me to bring her back some spices Black Pepper, Vanilla, Cinnamon etc..etc..Upon my arrival as small gifts and since I had plenty of extras I gave the bottle spices as gifts to friends to make a long story short, I'm always asked to please bring back extras.
ASKING ALL "SUPPORT THE GROWERS"
From: Dominican Republic
I have little experience with savoring Jamaican blue mountain, but I can attest to the excellence of Puerto Rican mountain brands. Same with Dominican coffee, Santo Domingo brand is sometimes roasted with corn and some of the more gourmet blends are found in small batches. Mountain grown Dominican is found in Bonao and other cities with access to higher elevations organic coffees.
With rum to my understanding the clearer the rum the better the quality or the taste. And it must be distilled directly from sugar cane juice not molasses as the extraction method is more painstaking and costly. Barbancourt for example "Domaine Reserve or speciale" is a dark rum but outstanding to the palate and similar to cognac. "Trois Riviere" from Martinique is a clear as water rum and best tasted with liquid sugar cane and lime. As far as cigars the Fuente Fuente brand is considered the best of Dominican stogies. And you have to judge wether all the tobacco is from
native soil including the wrapper.

Most premium brands use "Connecticut shade wrapper" which is mostly manufactured in Ecuador because of the natural cloud cover and Cuban ancestoral seeds for the filler or bunch. The Fuentes cigar family has produced 3 different shade wrappers in the Dominican Republic as well as the first home grown wrapper. The Fuente Opus X was the first Dominican puro ever produced (1995) and is still ever popular even at US$950. for a box of 32.

Yes I knew Mariano Doble and his wife Niurca. He had a small cigar business and sold mainly to Puerto Rican customers. He had a inexpensive blend that was not very highly rated if at all.
Sadly I heard that he passed away some time ago from a bout with cancer.

The Fuentes did come from Nicaragua before they finally settled in Santiago, and they are originally Cuban and they did transplant and transport from Cuba the tobacco seedlings that finally landed here. Just like the Israelis took the best olive oil trees from Lebanon and the California growers transplanted the best grape trees from France.
Cuban tobacco that is imported and sold in the DR is substandard quality. The best cigars are sold to European distributors in Spain and France. Brazil also imports fine brands that are lesser known.
Regardless of politics about Cuba, they did and do make still the best cigars in the world, and we Dominicans were very lucky to have had their expert tobacco growers come
and establish themselves here, as well as provide their experience and technical assistance.

The term "Muslim terrorist" is used to label Islam as a terrorist religion. However, it is a misnomer. When IRA bombers struck, they were not labeled as "Catholic terrorists" even though the struggle is between Catholic Ireland and Protestant Northern Ireland supported by Protestant England. Likewise, when Timothy McVeigh blew up the CIA headquarters in Oklahoma City in 1995 killing 168 people, he was not labeled as a "Christian terrorist", though he was Christian and a terrorist. In fact the "Muslim terrorist" label was attached to the activities of the PLO who were a mixture of Muslims, Christians and communists. The PLO is not, nor was it ever, a Muslim organization. It is a nationalist organization working for the establishment of a secular Palestinian state.

DR does produce local wines and they are sold in drums to the local all inclusive hotels.
The quality is not great according to the standards of wine connoisseurs but it is drinkable and consumed by the tourists in these hotels.
The problem is the poor quality of the grapes due to the high temperatures in the DR, as you know wine is very dependent on correct temperatures and water at the proper time.
You did not get an answer from this out of sync individual but wait and you will see him wanting to have the last word when he first made an attempt to evade the subject.

The Israelis are the present day Nazi's and SS troops as they abused and murder the poor Palestinian civilians after they stole their land and drove them out by brute force.
The renewal of the criminal bombing to destroy all trace of civilian infrastructure and use the few rocket attacks as an excuse, which is done by the same Israeli financed terrorists of Hamas.
The Israeli bombing and massacre of the unarmed Palestinian population goes on in a daily basis using illegal and outlawed time bombs to flex their muscles at the coming Obama administration, and test their resolve just like the Russians did one day after Obama's election.
Obama maybe has not sold out to the Israeli lobby in DC and could be more sympathetic to the Palestinian right for statehood. Naming pro-Israel Hillary Clinton will accomplish the long term effort to install a Palestinian state, since the far right Israeli-New York Jews trust her.

Whatever is needed or takes we must preserve our native coffee production not only
for strategic reasons but for our national pride and well being as a country.
So true, my Grandfather, Father and Uncles use to grow Coffee near Mano Guayabo in the 20' s 30's up until the late 50's on approx. 60 aches, my Father had the Trade mark "la Tacita" coffee but lost it threw very hard economic times. We must for our National pride help and support our Coffee production and Growers.
You must drink Foldgers. PR coffee was lesser class.
PR coffee was rated by experts and coffee connoisseurs as in the same class as Jamaican blue mountain.
Do some research before you post such blasphemy.
Foldgers is made from cheap Colombian robusta beans, not even Arabica. You do not know what you are talking about, if I am wrong prove it with facts not empty statements.
There has not been one case of the wannbee socialists on this website who have yet to post one verifiable un-bias proof of anything contrary to what I have stated.
PR Coffee blew. It was used mostly for generic blends like Foldgers and Mawwell house.
I am getting to know posters at this site now. Your reasoning is deficient and anecdotal.
You must be writing from a very secluded and confined space that's not current with reality.
Put away the thesaurus. You obviously have no grasp of the English language as anecdotal is what your "facts" have been.
Please count me as among the misguided and fiscally conservative capitalist with pragmatic views that are not always right just because I said so.

Perhaps the best idea is for the EU, a big consumer, to switch to 'fairtrade' practices.
EU already buys large quantities of 'fairtrade' bananas. Also quotas of sugar at about twice the World price.
US is lucky in having 'Equal Exchange' a co-op dedicated to fairer trade.

Santo Domingo Coffee from Bani and there World Famous Dulce de Coco, I almost forgot Bani's Mangoes they melt in your Mouth. I grow them on my plot of land in Matanza.
Brugal "Extra Viejo" Rum and Coke.
Then top it off with Caoba Robusto Cigars. They say that were very close in taste to our own Family's Cigar brand Surtana.
Forget about what others say or think, as for me it's Like Heaven on Earth, just set back and enjoy.

Hablando sin sabei otra ve'...coño pero e' veida....The coffe produced in and near the town of Yauco had and still maintains a great reputation among coffee drinkers around the world. Yauco coffee beans are sold in gourmet shops here in NYC.
From sweetmarias, a website dedicated to coffee:
"Puertorrican coffee, particularly from the Yauco region, received a premium price all over Europe and by the 1890s represented a standard of excellence in production that many other countries sought to imitate."
http://www.sweetmarias.com/coffee.islands.PR.php
I guess the C stands for "Coffee expert".
You are correct my first language is Spanish, and I do not claim to be an "expert" in the english language, but I do know that you Mr. AnthonyC and your comments are based on "hearsay evidence" or you are basically an anecdotal person.
It's my understanding that there aren't any Dominican "puros" on the market. Has that changed?
Most premium brands use "Connecticut shade wrapper" which is mostly manufactured in Ecuador because of the natural cloud cover and Cuban ancestoral seeds for the filler or bunch. The Fuentes cigar family has produced 3 different shade wrappers in the Dominican Republic as well as the first home grown wrapper. The Fuente Opus X was the first Dominican puro ever produced (1995) and is still ever popular even at US$950. for a box of 32.
The other night I had company over and after a nice early Home Cooked Diner, long after we tapped into a old Bootle of "Brugal Extra Viejo" I had left over, needless to say all my Friends loved it. As for the "Blue Mountain Coffee" I'll pick Cafe "Santo Domingo" any day, but I will say this, as one who has drank Coffee all my life no one beats the packaging of the "Blue Mountain Coffee", I mean burlap and all, and they even get to grind it by them selfs, wow !. To those who would take other Peoples advice on richness and taste, There you have it.
Right on target good information, Grandfather only used Dominican wrappings on his Sultana brand which he imported threw an exporter in Santo Domingo into New York and Connecticut in the 30's and 40's, his Puros were also 100% Dominican. As far as Fuentes Cigars, what's nice is their pieced together picture Airline magazine adds, are second to none. After smoking for over 35 years and due to health reasons, I was forced to quit with no regrets.
For years now rumors have been circulating on the type and brand Clinton used on Monica while in the White House, could have been a "Fuentes Opus X" ???? After all Bill does love a good Cigar now and then.
Have you ever seen a picture of Ms. Monica Lewinsky? I doubt that a cigar aficionado such as President Clinton would have wasted such a fine cigar on such an unsightly vessel. Perhaps a machine made Backwoods or Dutch Masters was used but none better.
I apologize I'm sorry for over reacting, I must of lost my F in mind...If found, please return......
Then it's not a puro. For it to legitimately be called a Dominican puro all parts of the cigar must be from locally grown tobacco. And it actually was cigar aficionado...probally from some 6 or 7 years back.
I'm not negating any knowledge you might have on the subject. It's been my understanding, though, that a cigar can only be called a puro if all its parts come from a specific country. For example, if the wrapper and filler are both from Nicaragua then that would be a Nicaraguan "puro". Correct me if I'm wrong.
You said: "well so many experts and so much disinformation..."
Well that is a pretty pompous and egocentric comment coming from somebody who labels himself a wine and tobacco peddler, which to me "peddler" sounds like just an ordinary salesman working for someone else. My friend FYI I do not consider myself the ultimate expert in coffee, cigars and rum,
but for somebody that has made quite a good living buying the above commodities in quantity and having distributors all over Europe, Canada, Brasil and the USA and even selling my own brand of cigars and having exclusive marketing arrangements with coffee producers as well as being a professional coffee buyer, I think that I might have a "little" knowledge on the subject.
Your knowledge is superficial and very bias and unwarranted criticism offensive. Marvin Shaken is a hustler and will bend for an expensive ad but that does not deter from the fact that he has helped tremendously the gourmet cigar and wine business.
No you might not, so I guess I don't dare reveal my cigars brand name to such a "class act" as yourself blabbermouth. Anyway it is irrelevant to our discussion.
By the way what do you know about rum? All I read are sharp criticisms about the French but nothing illuminating from you other than ancient knowledge that you can read in any magazine.
BTW if I remember correctly Barbancourt rum is owned by the french Gardere family that resides in Paris.
Calling the Fuentes family "two time losers" is another quotable remark by a moron who is obviously
quick on the draw to condemn a hard working and industrious Cuban refugee family that has worked hard all their life to get where they are at now.
By the way I understand that they did bring their Cuban tobacco seedling s to DR from Vuelta Abajo, Cuba if you know cigars you know about that place, Mr. know it all.
I usually don't lock horns with idiots in a public media such as this, but after I read an extremely irritated remark in his comments that began "well so many experts and so much disinformation...."
as he was the "anointed one" to dispense his holier than thou misinformation on us ignorant folks and having him dispense his precious worldly knowledge,
ramblings and out dated dissertations on his experience selling cheap wines to "uncultured" folks like us Caribbean residents. Oh my.
Now now ! that wasn't nice, come on it's the Holidays what are people gonna think. Gualetcolonial, I'm sure he didn't mean that, your input was top notch and most informative, besides he probably lost his mind, I have also done so in the past.
Very funny.LOL. And welcome to DT.
I know Walter the fat Swiss chef since when he had a place in Boca Chica and he is an excellent cook and
very knowledgeable about spirits.
Once I met the famous Las vegas entertainers that used to have lions in their shows dining at his beachfront restaurant in Guayacanes, and they were regulars when they came to visit DR.
Walter is an icon as a cook and has excellent food for DR.
Anyway I had a PR friend that had his own brand labeled in La Romana and Santiago named Mariano Doble and his brand was "Don Mariano", did you ever hear of him?
Yes I knew Mariano Doble and his wife Niurca. He had a small cigar business and sold mainly to Puerto Rican customers. He had a inexpensive blend that was not very highly rated if at all.
Sadly I heard that he passed away some time ago from a bout with cancer.
Thanks for the info, sad to know about Mariano, he was a good guy.
About your sparring partner I have a hint for you about him:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QhETObVI10w
Watch it and you will understand what I mean.
To deny that idiot is to try to block the sun rays with your finger.
We must pray for your tormented, angry and foul mouthed soul, you hideous heathenous Christ killer.
I do have some cigar boxes "laying around" and aging but you will never taste them for free, you freeloader.
And I would never post their brand name because that will please you and reveal my identity, you con man.
I do suspect who you are and believe that we might have even met while attending a function in Santiago that you were posing in your old worn moth balled out clothes as a "big" buyer from New York and then were physically kicked out and thrown in the street after
your cover was exposed and we were alerted that you were just looking for some free cigar samples.
"Punk", oh my, you are a vulgarian, you homeless "big buyer from New York" aren't you?
What the hell such a big shot used to giving seminars be doing trying to bum cigars in Santiago?
You have made me laugh this morning! You fraud. You are an impostor my friend and Vuelta, Abajo, Cuba is the mother land of fine cigars to the ones that really know, not just pretend.
"Nunca podemos tapar el sol con un dedo"
Este pendejo es el mismo que dijo que era un experto en café y bebidas y yo le demostre y un sinumero de otras personas que el café de Puerto Rico es el mejor considerado mundialmente por expertos.
Este tipo es un falsante y un cubano gusano destructivo que no sabe nada solo insultar.
Anyway, I got go, Feliz Nvidad!
This is my last message to you, because unlike you, since you are a bum, I do have important meetings to attend to.
Walter the chef at Deli Suisse when he is sober is a fine cook in his tiny house kitchen in Guayacanes.
If you really knew anything about him, you would also know that he is a violent drunk who beats regularly his poor younger Dominican wife, named Zoraida the snake charmer, by the way.
I happen to know since I was their neighbor in Guayacanes for many years, you are a HUGE big fraud and impostor! Caught lying again! Have you no shame?
what an exchange....Jesus was Jewish. Judas sold him for a small price. Pilot was the temporary Judge. Jesus could have saved himself, but didn't. Jesus died a Roman Death threw crucifixion. And to think he did it willingly, for all mankind.

The foul mouthed poster that I refuse to address directly any more, obviously enjoys these
exchanges that are just futile mud slinging fests and always end in vicious and brutal name calling, gender abuse,
and homophobic innuendos by an individual who as I have read his other posts has a lousy history of insults with josean, abc200, drealocks and generous to just name a few.
This describes him the best posted by another contributor:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QhETObVI10w
And he does beat up unmercifully on his poor younger Dominican wife who deserves better!
Now who is the big latino macho man, the one who denounces cowardly wife beaters or the one who defends them?
Sir you a sick and despicable shade of the human species, we Dominicans don't have to put up with your untruths and garbage in a daily basis. You are an unwelcome alien and please move on with your venom and filth to another island, like Cuba for example where I am sure you will be most welcome by your atheist friend Fidel and his gay brother Raul.

"Some of the comments that have been uttered about Islam do not reflect the sentiments of my government or the sentiments of most Americans. Islam, as practiced by the vast majority of people, is a peaceful religion, a religion that respects others. Ours is a country based upon tolerance and we welcome people of all faiths in America."

"We see in Islam a religion that traces its origins back to God's call on Abraham. We share your belief in God's justice, and your insistence on man's moral responsibility. We thank the many Muslim nations who stand with us against terror. Nations that are often victims of terror, themselves."

Allah Akhbar (Arabic: God is Great)
These are the last words uttered by muslim suicide bombers before they blow themselves up.
The immans share a responsibility on not stopping this senseless violence by their followers by not issuing their religious decrees to stop this useless violence and reaffirming the stupid belief that they will go to heaven were they will be welcomed by 79 virgins.
Thank you for the last comment, you nailed it.....The American Muslims also share a violent, Radical and Chaotic History in the U.S.
Why, just the other day on CNN I saw thousands upon thousands of Hamas and there supporters in the streets of Gaza declaring "Death to Israel" and of future "Planned Attacks"...Most people choose to ignore the signing of the so called peace treaty of non aggression which before and after the signing rockets and mortars rained down on the Gaza Strip almost daily. Guess what The treaty expired a couple Months ago, The best possible Defense, is an Offense. The rest is History...
In keeping with my Faith, I'll pray for all the Victims, ALL.
And hope for a cease fire from both sides.

The whole problem is that religion removes the conscience of the individual. No person is that evil on his own... well nearly no one, but it's easy to follow a warped system of toilet beliefs and allay responsibility.

I think it's safe to say your probably from the Middle East but live in the United Kingdom of heaven, somewhere....Your also living proof that Muslims can be just as bad as Christians by taking joy and Pleasure in the death and Destruction of the most precious thing on Earth...HUMAN LIFE. Both Muslims and Christians will use there twisted ideas and beliefs to justify just about anything. Sounds like History repeating it's self, but with a much more deadly results.
This insulting bigot "swine" was the one who brought up Walter into the public discussion. He must have
been busy watching for the tenth time his favorite movie "Brokeback Mountain", and he is deviating from the subject that he failed miserably to address when his masquerade was unveiled for all to see. That he really only has superficial and out of sync information about food, wine or cigars. Period.
This person is a fraud and a bluffer. I did everybody a favor bringing out his true colors.
Chef Walter is a nice person when he is sober but he does like to use his poor Dominican wife as a punching bag, I know I heard the screams from far away. Sorry but that is the truth. I had no intention to harm anybody by making this information public. Maybe now he will reconsider and release his anger elsewhere and be more gentle to a nice woman that deserves better. I really have no sympathy for persons that abuse women or their defenders that abuse posters like me.
goulet does anyone in dr produce a local wine? I remember reading somewhere that during colonial times some religious orders grew grapes and produced wine locally so I know it has been done before.
Greetings from your neighbor in Santiago.
You are asking the wrong person as this guy does not know Jack Shitt about wine.
Greetings from Staten Island and thanks for the info.
As usual the voice of composure and sanity.
If you reread he most interesting exchanges you will find that in the beginning one of the posters hits below the belt all the time and resorts to the foulest of languages. And then infected the other poster into resorting to similar remarks into his later postings.
Sort of like the rotten bad apple infects and destroys everything around it.
I am really not getting involved in this mud slinging festivity.
Muchas gracias por tan inmerecida distincion.
GC,
Sir, I'm sorry if I overstepped your ward by my request. You have always shown me genuine respect and cordiality and those sentiments will always be reciprocated, especially when we disagree.
Dreadlocks,
Just wanted to say hello and to have the opportunity to say thanks for your always insightful posts.
Way to go. a total sign of pure respect. A leader among leaders, all can learn from this....Including MYSELF.
Real leaders lead by example.
Many thanks, God bless you.
Yes, for now I'm in NYC's orphan borough...all the spots you named are not to far from me...I'm currently residing in the Rosebank section. Got a really good deal, too.

Walter the drunk wife beating fat cook in Guayacanes?
Maybe now as old nazis admirers they got two more poor Dominican girls to beat up on while they get drunk and reminisce about their glory days of the Third Reich, and their vast knowledge of wines.
Walter the drunk wife beating fat cook in Guayacanes?
Maybe now as old nazis admirers they got two more poor Dominican girls to beat up on while they get drunk and reminisce about their glory days of the Third Reich,".......do you really think there were many Nazi Jews ? as you say in this piece of confused drivel....spelling is very bad as well
The Israelis are the present day Nazi's and SS troops as they abused and murder the poor Palestinian civilians after they stole their land and drove them out by brute force.
I thought you were Cuban, but you just are a bitter Jewish ex-NY wine peddler.
No wonder you know nothing about cigars and coffee, you dumb know all about nothing.
You guys is Christmas!
Cool it please, is bad luck to be hateful at this time.
Make peace not war.
Just cool it until 2009 then you can start all over again. LOL.
unless you are authorized.
“Heeeeere’s Johnny!” Glout, have you heard Ed McMahon rap CD, they are foreclosing his house, he must have invested his money with madoff. Go leafs
All this just because you were confronted by a brick wall of knowledge that put your "pseudo information" about any subject you post on as dubious and superficial.
You are just a lonely old man with nothing to do except sit all day in front of his computer to try to be the first to piss on any new posts and thus validate an empty and colorless existence pretending to be knowledgeable and a "has been player".
Well my dubious name calling nazi wife beater friend, you wine peddling days are over and you are no player, you never were and now you are too old and bitter to ever be. Pendejo.
Also I see your habitual habit of putting slanderous names on anybody that dares to contradict
your useless jargon, you can call me anything you like, but there are many posters that know
what your real name translates to: GC Gran Cabrón.
and no free cigars for you either.....Mr Big Shot New York cigar buyer....LOL.
That was kicked in his behind shamelessly for being a big mouth, by more than
one other poster other than me.
Doesn't your rear end hurt?
Oh, I am sorry, you gays like it rough I guess, then you must be bottom not top.
Oh one more thing, you are no world traveler either, unless you can call walking
around parque Colón going around the world. You big fraud.
I would hate such great conversation like this, turn into kid mud slinging... peace and love upon us all.
Find another petrified tree to piss on.
Adios!
I can not believe it, is this actually a semblance of an apology?
I will not go away now or never, my motto from now on is to put and plug ( you will like that won't you) your sorry blabber whenever and wherever I can.
But of course some of us still have to work for a living unlike you, who spends all his time either molesting others in the internet or getting smashed in the parque Colón with his other drunk friends.
Your original quote you libel chief. Can't you have a small amount of decency before you croak?
God bless you and Your family on this first day of the year. In the hope that any misunderstandings between you and Gouletcolonial would be settled....The way I read it and understood it, lost one, lost two THIRD IS A CHARM [success]. I can tell you from past postings / dealings with in this Forum I'm sure many have misunderstood or lost the true meaning of my responses to what I wrote and for what ever reason made it in to personal type vendetta of sorts, myself included. I just take a few steps back and try to see and read threw there eyes and there understanding thats all. At least to me it's all about COMMUNICATION. As Dreadlocks have taught / shown me....Don't take things so personal...To error is to be Human.
I am out of here, you scum of the earth. Go party some more with your parque Colón drunk buddies.
PS Send me your correct address so I can send you a gallon of the cheap wine you like bottled in Jarabacoa just for self labeled "connoisseurs" and drunk wife beaters like you.
With one condition: You must drink it all in one try so maybe your three flat tires would finally give it up and your half empty remaining tire would blow up and leave the rest of us be in peace.
The exchange was very high level until he stepped in with his hurtful remarks to the Fuentes family that I happen to respect and idolize as model entrepreneurs and hard working individuals.
This slime ball just swings at everything and everyone with his hurtful commentaries and brings down the level of exchanges, and scares away other contributors with his foul language.
And I completely understand the remark is just that the two negatives do not make right a positive comment. This is called a sadistic cynical remark. By the way this scum had a long feud with Mr. dreadlocks when he gratuitously insulted an ex-Jamaican head of state.
If you read all my postings from the beginning until this slime ball butted in they are of the highest caliber with the utmost respect for all.
God bless you and your family too.
Are we close to the exchange record yet !!
I also have said things that may have and with out realizing insulted people, even the Fuentes on there advertising some 100 plus postings ago. Hey my Grandfather Serafin Rios who migrated from Puerto Rico to the Dom. Rep. in 1917 in search of a better life who by the way was a Tobacco and Coffee grower where Family Pride and tradition in his products was # 1 [ Old school ], and at Gun Point was forced along with my Father and Uncles to Vote for Trujillo in the mid 1940's and as a result lost his U.S Citizen Status, only to be reinstated in Nov. 6,1961 by George E. Belcher American Consul and the U.S State Department Foreign Office which I have a copy of the Original reinstatement Documents which I keep in my Gun Safe. I have Dates, Times and Names to back this up. GOD BLESS ALL and THERE FAMILY'S.
Thank you, Please find it in your Heart to make Amends with Inuisidor, you'll be surprise...My Dad called me to wish me a Happy New Year this Morning and to inform of a 10 day visit in February to the Dr. He has not visited the DR in over 15 years and is in his 80's. He has told me before he leaves this World he wants to visit his Birth Place one more time, as screwed as I fell who am I to deny him that, my Mother will ride this one out due to health reasons. so you see Life is to SHORT and no one is Guaranteed tomorrow...Just think about what I said. God Bless.
In the interest of forgiveness and compassion and to turn the other cheek on the ongoing Christ killer hurtful remarks and slander, I will end this argument.
As a church going fervent Catholic, I will quote the scriptures:
"If you liveth in a glass house do not dare to throw stones at others"
May this be a lesson to persons who abuse liquor and do no set limits on their foul mouth.
Your right, but I'm unable go along with Dad. upon my last visit I brought back a 1 pound bag of La Tacita Coffee, pictures of the land the Rios Family used to own and almost killed him Spiritually, he teared up, needless to say I could give him the sample Tobacco either which I brought back from the DR, I later flushed it. Besides he'll be with my Uncle to visit what very little Family and old friends he still has living San Carlos. I see Inuisidor is headed in the right direction and is truly off to a great Start, I wish you both the best. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL.

Go back to Canada, Cuba or wherever else they might allow you in, your despicable comments already contributed to bringing out of the closet hard and long forgotten sad but true facts that helped
stain the reputation of two innocent bystanders with your foul mouth and slander.
May God forgive you, we shall pray for your lost and sorry soul.".......end of Post ..Sorry I brought you out of the closet quisling and thank you for your prayers....PS say hello to cardinal Nicky for me
