Santo Domingo.– Some of Dominican Republic's airports have raised concern about the developments in the Chevron fuel transport conflict.

According to Airport Department director Andres Vanderhorst, the fuel transporter's boycott is beginning to affect airports.

He said that Chevron, which  bought Texaco's operations in the Dominican Republic, provides 20% of the aviation fuel for the airport in Santo Domingo, 15% of the fuel for Puerto Plata, 100% of the fuel for Santiago, and 50% of the fuel for Samana.

DR-CAFTA agreement establishes that Chevron has the right to transport their fuel in their own units, but so far unionized truckers have monopolized the contracts.

Like everybody said, CAFTA is dirty scab law.

The US imperialists, here enscounced in Chevron, are using the despicable and exploitative CAFTA treaty to undermine Dominican sovereign power to legislate labor-management relations.

CAFTA is only good for toilet paper in public rest rooms.

yeah .. get em .. Capitalist swine .. how dare they harass the heroic peasants and workers .. the source of all the world's surplus and profit expropriated by the Capitalist paper tigers and toothless bulldogs .. replace them with Marxist and Communist enterprises that will safeguard the surplus that properly belongs to the peasants and working classes of the world .. substitute coconut oil for aviation kerosene .. build Marxist aircraft that run on sea water .. up with the working class .. down with the Capitalist swine ..
