my Japanese girfriend is proud of my clean and 24/365 fresh breath. And that's why she likes to kiss me all day all night.
When I first got here in 2000, the price of oil was sitting at the same price it is at today andthe price of all fuels was BELOW RD$ 30.00 per gallon. Under El Hippo, the exchange rate went from 15/1 all the way up to 55/1 and the price of fuel rose accordingly.
Oddly enough, when the peso/dollar rate declined, the price of fuel remained the same. Then came the excalation of the price of a bbl of oil and the price of fuel went up even more.
I don't know who the "economic/financial expert" is in government, but they have their heads up their a$$e$ if they think that people don't realize what is going on in that quarter. Leonel is no different from El Hippo when it comes to bamboozling and outright lieing to the public about what is going on in the halls of government.
Outright thievery is the order of the day, it seems.
