SANTO DOMINGO.- The Dominican Government signed an agreement on Thursday with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), which will donate US$1 million to design and start to integrate the Santo Domingo Metro’s Feeder Routes System.

Economy minister Temístocles Montas made the announcement in the National Palace, accompanied by IDB representative in the country Manuel Labrado.

Montas said the feeder routes will be of great importance since it will complement the Metro’s capacity, whereas Transport Reform Office representative Milciades Perez said it’s a pilot plan expected to make it easier for passengers in the sectors La Punta, Sabana Perdida, Villa Mella, La Victoria, Haras Nacionales and Nueva Isabela to reach the northernmost Mama Tingó station.

Congrats josean, you too were present at the "feeder routes" planning meeting, and I'm happy they will adopt your rollerskate idea. With the ink not even dry on the million dollar check, we can clearly hear,,,"That expenditure is olny $400K for the skates, leaving $600K on the table" exclaiming LF with excitement. "Hurry, fuel the Gulfstream, were going shopping ! Margarita needs some new hats for her upcoming Christmas and Easter functions".....

With the Metro at a 75% deficiency now they are going to try to float a boat with a massive hole in with a donation. This is a total loss of money. The bottom line is that the Metro is not capable of generating the needed capital to be self sufficient. The govt. has to understand why the people are not using the Metro and fix that problem pronto. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

"Then your prayers have been answered..."

No it is not my prayers that have to be answered, it is LIE-onel Fernandez's and the criminal enterprise AKA the PLD who need for their prayers to be answered!

LIE-onel Fernandez has bankrupted the country and now is borrowing to cover the essential needs of the restless Dominican masses. Fasten your seatbelts for the bumpy ride.

And the idiot wants to build another METRO!
