Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago.- Dominican Republic’s Ambassador in Trinidad & Tobago affirmed Monday that the Commonwealth Summit currently being held in Trinidad and Tobago strengthens the entire Caribbean region, since it gathers the leaders of the group’s 53 countries.

Jose Serulle said the Summit evidences the Caribbean countries’ capacity to organize this type of major activity with splendor.

The diplomat congratulated, in the name of president Leonel Fernandez, the Government and people of Trinidad & Tobago for successful effort, and affirmed that the event’s results will bear fruit for the Caribbean and the world.

He also congratulated CARICOM for its support of Trinidad and Tobago to host the important conclave, which reflects the solidarity among its Member States.

Serulle and his wife, Jacqueline Boin, honorary commercial attaché of the Embassy, drafted a document to summarize the speeches in the Summit.

Blutarsky, as i always thought, you are a loathsome, low class pig of a person. you assume the moral high ground, accusing me of playing the race card. then you refer to me as a ¨cocolo¨here is the urban dictionary definition of the word {2.The Spanish word for Nigger. Used by Hispanics(Dominicans to be more specific)to refer to African Amerians

Blutarsky, i recall your attention to the dictionary definition of the word, which i am sure you are aware of. then again, i expected you to slime yourself out of the issue, like you always do. looking for a racial spect, you say? i did not write the dictionary. i only read it. and it says what it says. maybe you should address your disagreement to the authors of the dictionary, if you are in opposition to their definition.

nice try, Blutarsky. anyone who has followed your writings through the past knows exactly what your intent was. it just happens that i was sharp enough on the uptake to bring to light what the word means. so, now you blame the dictionary. you are pathetic, and, worst of all, transparent. you should have just gone balls to the wall and called me the n word, rather than using some sleight of hand trick to sophisticate your intent. feel free, as you are not the first, and will not be the last.

if I stooped to your level I would but you have miscalculated badly my little Afro Nazi friend. You see having been a citizen of the Virgin Islands the term cocolo was also used and it meant someone who floated from another island a coconut.....you being so extremely Afrocentric are looking for another way to play the victim ....When I came to the DR and told people I was from the Virgin Islands they called me a cocolo and with a smile..... am I so dumb dread ?or are you so racist

dread maybe you are reliving the hostility the local brothers showed you when you washed up at the feet of the Statue Of Liberty .....the local brothers never liked the west indian types like yourself .....you had so many complexes that screwed with your little head it helps explain your constant hostility

my hostility is only directed to people who will not relieve themselves of the superiority they feel over others. you know what i am talking about. hey, no need to apologise for your dislike of people of color, who tried to bring about some justice in the world. to each his own. i meet guys like you every day. as i say, laws can change, times can change, but DNA cannot. i may be entirely wrong about this, but i believe that racism is cultural, and possibly genetic. we will never agree on anything in this area, because you will never be able to view me as your equal. never. you might share a few light moments with me, and a drink. but, at the end of the day, it cannot happen. i can pm you with several reasons why i hold the beliefs i do.

you hold these beliefs because you are not a well adjusted person .....it is obvious to us all you have many complexes .....the one you should work on first is the one where you blame others for your problems accept responsibility and try to be a better person ...all this hate you project is going to make you ill
