What can you say about this? A good initiative indeed. We need to exercise good stewardship of our God-given resources, and this is a good start. We need more positive news like this one, because we are subjected to such despair with the numerous daily news from DR about corruption and govt excesses and injustices.

Great news! Keep up the good work and let's get more people involved in this kind of activity.

You make us all real proud!

Ahhhh......finally some refreshing news. To plant a tree means a lot. It is such a Great noble effort, yet so elementary in its essence. Certainly a symbolic gesture, but with real tangible constructive results. More trees, means more oxygen for the atmosphere and clean air for the lungs, which turns into health for the country, and only with health can one have a sound body and only with a sound body one achieves a sound mind and spirit. It will help conserve water, prevent erosion, save rivers and lakes, prevent flooding, but above all save lives. Certainly, GIGANTIC positive results indeed. Yes, all that from just one small tiny seed. Once everything has been planted, lets educate our people about the value of a tree, otherwise all of those efforts will prove to be futile and will only remain as a symbolic gesture. Additionally, enforce environmental laws, make it strictly illegal to cut down a tree without a special government permit. All violators wil be severely penalized.
