Santo Domingo.- The Progreso bank’s board of directors last night presented it’s new president, the Swiss financial services expert Mark F. Silverman.
The Switzerland-born Silverman, designated in the post on January 2, is experienced in local and international banks, including an outstanding performance in the retail, national trade and publicity branches, said a statement from the Progreso bank.
It said the new Progreso president has worked in more than 30 countries and has more than 20 years experience in the expansion of businesses.

We have to import foreigners to straighten our businesses because of the sad lack of honest and uncorrupt human capital in the island?
Sad but at least the big shot owners of Progreso bank thought so.
The previous show-off president Pedro Castillo bragged about his houses in Vail, Colorado and how omnipotent he was,
he blundered as a high paid prima donna with some of the worst business and marketing
decisions in milky way history, and the owners approved and applauded like seals.
Now he is facing 10 to 20 years in jail.
And they bring in a dark horse from the foreign bench.
A circus of a country run by clowns.
what a hypocrisy!!!! If you dont have faith in your country who is going to have it. Be a little proud of the DR.and work hard. If you have time to follow and write this sort of things you are not very busy
I now understand, why the human being is where it is with out values and a lot of envy . Maybe if you work together you can make a better country.
I can only pray for you guys, wishing you a better life. Amen .Jesus
