When the price for oil came down all over the world, the government never really lowered the prices because to do so would reduce their income and prevent them from wasting and stealing are money as per usual. Now that the price is starting to rise worldwide, they have no problem raising it. In fact, you can bet that they are happy to raise the price.

This is a demand and supply games.

Government "INTENTIONALLY" to raise the price to collect more taxes, because government knows the gasoline definitely can sell to vehicle owners......

why can't people think "BOYCOTTING????" to lower the unreasonable charges?

THINK boycotting works only for non essential items. Gasoline is a necessity for many people to get things done or get places like their jobs.

It is a joke.

Get rid of all price controls. Privatize the energy sector.

After that your problems will be solved.

I gave up on Gasoline also. Problem with propane is the engine doesn't last as long. I use gas/oil now. I get great milage. Filled up 7 months ago and haven't refilled yet.

Trying to figure out why the car doesn't run. The Diesel was cheaper though:)

I remember when it was 208 a gallon at one time, then it went down to a 100. Now the GOVs all over the world are upping the gas prices to subsidize the budget shortfalls, including the DR. Whatch it go back to 200 in no time.

escott,
i know pwoplw that have cars with over 200,000 miles running on propane. You need to have the system installed by a pro and keep up with the maintenance. You will have to replace the spake plugs more often, but it runs good
