SANTO DOMINGO.- Dozens of physically disabled persons learn electronics through a program of the Dominican Telecom Institute (Indotel) and the Dominican Rehabilitation Association, aimed at helping the thousands of challenged Dominicans to obtaining their economic and social independence.

“The Electronics Training Program for Physically Disabled People gives them the necessary tools for those Dominicans to access a competitive job or install their businesses and obtain their socio-economic integration, since they will be able to earn their sustenance and of their family,” Indotel said in an emailed statement.
