Mon konpe Zekle, there are other parts of DR that have already had choIera, including Santo Domingo:

So when they say "this part of the country" they're referring to Dajabon.

Haitians!!!
Can’t live with them can’t live without them.
Well like i previously said DR cannot afford to keep that border closed indefinitely or they will feel it in their pocket book.
Some border officer got his kids tuition overdue in the states.
If anybody have the economic gonads to shut this border down go ahead make my day, I triple dare any DR officials to shut that Fontera down for ever.
I would love to see that.

Nahhhhhhhhhhhh!
Me encantaría ver eso.

Semper "realidad" Fidelis ...............
