SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Deep Blue Marine, Inc. announced today that the company has taken possession of the 77 foot boat Kerri Lynn  and a retrofit crew is now in Florida working on cleaning and removal of unneeded shrimp nets and other shrimp fishing equipment.

The boat is the sister-ship to the 77 foot 88 ton boat the Capt N Tracy. Management has purchased along with dive, excavation and navigation equipment and has begun to ship it to the boat in preparation for the voyage to the Dominican Republic.

Management hopes to be ready to sail no later than May 1st 2010, weather permitting.

Active treasure hunters

In addition to Tracy, the famed treasure hunter Burt Webber is also exploring the northern coast near Puerto Plata, where his operation has already recovered artifacts of the Spanish galleon Solo Dios Gloria.

Burt Webber? His MEXP stock closed yesterday at .0056 per share (that's a little over one half of ONE U.S. CENT)! The broken wine glasses, rusted anchors and handful of gold he found on the Solo Dios Gloria was awhile ago.......and there's been NO NEW PRESS or PR since he began assisting Indiana University work yet "another site"......

Ya know that's what they said about Ole Mel....

Then one he said "THIS WILL BE THE DAY"

And guess what????

The $450 million dollar treasure cache or “Atocha Mother Lode” would be found on that momentous Day..

The immensity of the Atocha's treasure is staggering. ...

Deep Blue Marine is the new era salvage company. They have archeology in mind not just tear up everything searching for the artifacts with only the monetary value in mind. Sorry Burt and Tracy the old school is rapidly becoming just that.
And Deep Blue dont just sit at the dock basking in their past accomplishments actually Deep Blue is out working right now.
In with the new and out with the old.

Wow dude!
Do some research! Deep Blue subcontracted the Scipion site from Tracy Bowden and worked it for 2 years. Now they are embarking on a new project on their own. www.alldeepblue.com

“Who is Deep Blue if not Tracy”
This is a good one. If you knew the facts about that. Deep Blue paid lots of money for that Sub-Contract and was told they were to receive five shipwrecks and all of Samana Bay out twenty miles in each direction. Deep Blue was never allowed to leave the Scipion. Now Deep Blue is opening a museum in Samana with very little artifacts. Had they been allowed to work the five wrecks they paid for including the Tolosa and Guadelupe they could be displaying many more artifacts from Dominicans past heritage.

Undertaker

WHO ended up with the permits for those FIVE wrecks...don't I remember there being a couple of "puff piece" articles written here about Burt Webber and MEXP getting permits for FIVE wrecks they discovered off the north coast?

Is it possible that the DR sold the rights from under Deep Blue?

Deep Blue's contract with Tracy was in Samana Bay, Webber's is on the north coast - nowhere close to each other so we are talking about 2 different sets of 5 wrecks. So that would be a no, the DR did not sell the rights from under Deep Blue.

Burt is a partner with MEXP. Stock is worth less than one half of one cent today at the NYSE open. He's got (or had) his sons on the payroll plus a dog to feed....There's trouble in paradise.

There you go ones out surveying searching for new sites and one is polishing their prop. One stock is on the rise the other looks like what happens after Red Baron stopped by.
Seems like winter would have been a good time to work on the prop?

If Burt Webber and his kids ain't out drinkin' or polishin' a prop, they're shining the knob...anythin' to avoid creatin' an ROI for MEXP investors in my opinion.

As of this post the stock has fallen to .0029 per share (that's less than 1/3 of one U.S. penny!) "Worthless" in my opinion.

There's more than just a busted prop wrong with that boat as of this post~they're in need of parts for the O2 membrane which was bought specifically to mix NITROX on board~equipment purchased as a supposed necessity by MEXP and the JVP at investor expense~and no one capable or factory certified in maintaining the unit onboard; so I've heard~and formed this~"my opinion".

DT was going to post updates from the great "bloviator" & communicator BW himself, but like his Twitter, Facebook, MySpace and other social networking sites~he's failed to keep up (as of today)...which gets hard to do when you get old and flakey~like he is~in my opinion.

Anybody seen the fotos of BW's Nazi collection? WOW
