Santo Domingo.- President Leonel Fernandez will fly to Geneva, Switzerland, tonight where he’ll participate in World Economic Forum 2011, which will also be attended by other world leaders.

The chief executive, as part of a tour of 15 days in Europe and Asia will also travel to India in an official visit.

Fernandez will at night leave the country from the Las Americas International Airport at 9:15 p.m., aboard an Iberia flight to Madrid, and from there to Geneva, on Tuesday afternoon.

i tried to post a comment saying that the DR respresents 8 1/1000th of 1% of the world GDP and LF thinks he is an international leader. then went on to explain how the world laughs at him, while he stand respresenting corruption, crime, and only enriching himself and his friends, and my entire message was blocked.

What!! that leo is going to Switzerland and we all have a different opinions for his motive.

OR

The fact that I agree with you that Leo has no reason to take a 15day tour on the account that DR represents only 8 1/1000th of 1% of the world GDP, which leaves me with the thought that Leo has a different agenda on his mind!!!
