Santo Domingo.- Forbes magazine tapped Dominican-born Pedro Tomas Santos Sang as one of its “30 under 30” outstanding youngsters in the energy sector in 2011, for his discovery of innovative technology to lower costs in the natural gas supply chain.
A 27 year old engineer, Santos is founder and president of OsComp Systems, a company that has won prizes for the project which reduces by more than 30 percent the operating and capital costs to compress natural gas.
In its December edition the magazine presents for the first time the ranking of the most outstanding “30 below 30” in 12 categories, including technology, music, science, media and energy.
