Santo Domingo. - The National Meteorology Office (ONAMET) on Friday forecasts decreasing cloudiness and low probability of showers from a high pressure system and the prevailing northeast wind.

It said the northeast, southeast and Central Mountains can expect widely scattered showers and seasonably mild temperatures this weekend during the early morning and evening hours.

Onamet adds that small craft advisories have been discontinued along the Atlantic shore, where the coastal surf has returned to normal.
