Santo Domingo.– For the fourth straight week fuel prices will remain unchanged, with premium gasoline still costing RD$229.90 per gallon and regular RD$213.80 per gallon.

From April 21 to 27 regular diesel will remain at RD$199.40; premium diesel will cost RD$206; avtur will cost RD$163.10; kerosene stays at RD$189.80, and fuel oil will still cost RD$144.38 per gallon.

The Industry and Commerce Ministry statement said propane gas (LPG) will still cost RD$103.40, and natural gas will still sell for RD$25.00 per cubic meter.

I have been saying the same thing. Just wait, I think we will see regular at $500 + per gallon.

Time to fix the flats on your mountain bikes or buy a donkey.

After the elections THE IRRESPONSIBLE Goverment WILL provide THOSE 6 or 7 weeks of raises IN A SINGLE BIG FAT bill, just like the past elections!!!

If the PRD wins, Hippo can do whatever he likes and blame it on the previous administration, and that no-mater how corrupt and incompetent he was last time, he still got another turn.

If the PLD is returned, Danelo can do whatever he likes, confident he has a mandate regardless of Leo's excesses.

Either way, you lose. Don't just stock up on petrol. Buy US dollars, Euros or whatever, to buy your airline ticket when you can't stand it any more.
