The US should sell the excess natural gas to DR. DR is a great country to test the viability of cars, buses and trucks fueled by LNG. Eni, Total even tropigas should invest in fueling stations. The Chinese can sell LNG cars built with the scrap metat they import from DR. Maybe the government can create free trade zones in the interior so the local residents can work in manufacturing the components for the vehicles.
