Santo Domingo.- Starting Saturday morning a tropical wave could bring downpours and thunderstorms for several days to the southeast, southwest, central mountains and border zone.
The National Meteorology Office forecasts continuing high temperatures and low probability of rains over the country today, except for the central mountains and some parts of the border, which can expect widely scattered showers.
It also forecasts higher than normal waves along the Caribbean coast, where small craft are advised to remain near shore.
