Santo Domingo.- Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed his confidence that Dominican Republic would reach even higher growth and prosperity during the administration headed by president elect Danilo Medina.
In a missive, Netanyahu also expressed an interest in closer ties of friendship between both countries.
"I wish you success in the direction of your country and further growth and prosperity. I hope we continue to improve the long friendship and cooperation between Israel and the Dominican Republic," the Israeli leader said.
Leaders worldwide have stated an interest in bolstering diplomatic and trade ties with Dominican Republic in their missives to congratulate Medina, who’ll take office 16 August for a term of four years.
