I have been advocating for years looking at the Singapore model to see what adaptations could be made in the Dominican Republic. However with our 16th century Education "System" it will be difficult to take advantage of their experience.

I like this. Singapore is a model to follow, especially for DR's advantage being in the center of the American Continent.

Next question from any one .If the armed forces are reduced to one Brigade to start with,from 6 at

present,and are re-educated in the art of war;do you think the same amount funding saved and

placed in the educational system could get us close to the 21st century ? just keep (1) one

Brigadier general and fire all the others, will bring us close to been called semi civilized.Get rid

of so called ADMIRALS w/o ship and reduce the title to COMMODORE= to Lt Col.in the Army.

Same for the air force pilots officers usually 2nd & 1st Ltnts wings ,captain squadrons

size.How much could we save taking away all the benefits or perks from these leaches as well

as the congress personnel's? Reduce the military spending by 1/6th in purchasing expensive

war materiel.Bring their pensions equal to any of its size.If the officers don't graduate as CADETS

don't give them the title of officers.
