Santo Domingo.- Some fuel prices will jump as much as RD$4.50 per gallon for the week from Feb. 22 to 28, when premium gasoline will cost RD$253.00, or RD$2.40 more and regular goes to RD$237.80, an increase of RD$2.00.

Premium diesel will cost RD$223.10 and regular diesel will cost RD$216.40 per gallon, both unchanged, while optimal diesel will cost RD$234.10, an increase of RD$4.30.

Avtur will be cost RD$163.80, an increase of RD$3.70; kerosene will cost RD$203.00, or RD$4.50 more, while fuel oil will still cost RD$147.21 per gallon.

Propane remains unchanged at RD$116.90 as well as natural gas RD$30.50 per cubic meter.

The Dominican Republic Central Bank’s posted average exchange rate of RD$43.20 per dollar was used to calculate fuel prices.
