US$350M dam could deal with effects of drought: Utility

Santo Domingo.- GreaterSanto Domingo´s low water reserve revealed by the months-long drought has propelled the construction of the Haina river dam near PeterBrand township (south), as priority to alleviate cyclical shortages.
