Natural gas, gasoline unchanged, diesel, propane rise

Santo Domingo.- The Industry and Commerce Ministry on Fridayposted the fuel prices for the week from February 27 to March 4, when gasolineand natural gas remain unchanged.

Premium gasoline will continue at RD$175.30 and regular RD$157.50per gallon.

Optimum diesel oil will cost RD$129.10, or RD$1.70 less; regulardiesel will cost RD$118.30, an increase of RD$1.30; avtur will cost RD$78.70, anincrease of RD$2.60; kerosene will cost RD$99.60, an increase of RD$1.30; fueloil cost RD$59.29, an increase of RD$1.56.

Propane gas will cost RD$80.50, an increase of RD$2.00 pergallon, while natural gas stays the same at RD$23.22 per cubic meter.

The Central Bank’s posted average exchange rate of RD$45.79per dollar was used to calculate all fuel prices.
