Dominican Wings airline gets the FAA green light

Washington.- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)granted specific operations to the airline Dominican Wings, which will give thecountry carrier service to the US.

"It was time for a Dominican operator to provideservices to the US, this hasn’t been possible for a long time. This achievementfills us with satisfaction," said James R. Jallinsky, manager of theFlight Standards International Field Office for South America, the Caribbean,Africa and the Middle East said.

Dominican Wings airline estimates the start charter flight operationsto most of the Latin American countries, Canada and US in the coming months.

In a statement company president Victor M. Pacheco said theFAA and the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) approval paves the wayto start operations in all of the Americas, “our motto as members of the managementteam and crew is to continue offering competitive prices, efficiency andquality to our customers.”
