Nobody in their right mind will defend atrocities of any kind except rotten racist anti-Haitianismo like you. Indeed, it is gross omission to pretend that Trujillo and his caudillos did not massacre 37,000 Haitians in just 3 days in 1937. How could you say Dominicans never committed atrocities against Haitians? What world are you living? What about the countless recent assassinations, decapitations, burning alive? You must be really a mentally blind female chihhuahua?

What are the ones defending the atrocities of Dessalines or justifying the atrocities and barbarism committed against the peaceful Dominicans in El Cibao, (Moca, Santiago) where in some instances the whole town population was killed, old, women, children, farm animals and pets? Lunatics, raving mad, cookies Haitians? You tell us.

Now, you are too old to behave like a trained parrot, so stop repeating every nonsense you hear. Today nobody knows how many babies were born in Haiti last year and there are about I million unregistered. But I am sure that this is a lot better than it was in 1937. 72 years ago there was not a census of Haitians in DR, so nobody knew how many were here, how many were killed or how many were able to escape to Haiti, because they were massively crossing the border and never stopped to be counted (for a change, that time toward their country); at the end nobody knows how many stayed here, how many were killed, how many made it to Haiti. Who can calculate numbers, with what base? They could have been 3,700, 37,000 or 370,000.

So don't take unreliable Haitians numbers, because still today you have so many difficulties to count your own in Haiti, left alone somewhere else; better take the between 12,000 and 20,000 of the American, who counts a lot better that you would ever do.

Look at the positive side!!! Haitians are participating in building and creating wealth in the DR; It so happens that only a few greedy Dominicans in the elite are benefiting from it. Again, you are mentally blind; you can see nothing intellectually. There are not two million Haitians in the DR so stop this lie. There are approximately 700,000 Haitians in the DR. Haitian and Dominican masses and Progressives are fighting for Justice for all on this island. You rottten racist anti-Haitianismo reactionaries on both sides of the island should be thrown in the Atlantic Ocean in the trashcan of history on your way to hell via the belly of the sharks. Then we will have real peace and solidarity on the whole island.

Tell me, why are you lying to yourself, saying the children in the bateys are eating rice and plaintains? You must be really crazy. For all we know, child-slave labor is prevalent in the bateys ffom all accounts.

I already told you, you have to come and talk to them. When you do it you will learn facts: They don't eat dirt cookies here and manage to survive to adulthood. Do you know how many Solain Pie's mother raised in the terrible condition of a Batey? nor less nor more than 11, and as her proud dauther likes to said, didn't loss a single one. Do you imagine that it happened sucking air?

They may work, as Dominican children do, but we don't keep slave children, bought for pennies, to be physical, emotional and sexually abused, treated like dogs and prevented from going to school. We still don't have an open market where a tourism that only has being two hours in the country asks his waiter for a kid to buy and received several offers, for a minimum price. Check the internet , read some of the stories of what happens to children in Haiti and ask for your child, you would be amazed at the cheap price.

And for all accounts, there are a lot less Haitians, children included in the Bateys, than in the rest of the country. So why fix in the less, when there are so many others outside? Why defend so passionately few thousands in my country when millions in yours starve are sold even to perverts, are robbed of their childhood and their dignity? Who is lying to himself?

It's easy to read only the Thomas Madiou version.

He's mullato it's sure he would never glorify him.

Compare all versions. It's like the bible our dictionnaries.

Those thing were made as"vendetta" of the Guadelopean Genocide. The guadeloupean were in process of making a slave revolution. They fight like lions but loose. They motto was like the haitian one, vivre libre ou mourrir ( Freedom our die ). 300 soldiers with they leader Delgrès suicide explose they self . The one who were a life were killed by the french. They replace them by "fresh" slave from Africa. If you have the chance, read on Louis Delgrès, the guadeloupean Toussaint Louverture. Haitian could thanks him, if the revolution wasnt made with succes, I dont think I would be writting today.

I think you are missing an important point. We do not speak french or creole, therefore we have not read any Haitian version of our history. We know our history orally through our family members and written by dominican historians, so what a Haitians or other said, doesn't change anything.

What thing were made as"vendetta" of the Guadelopean Genocide? What Dominicans had to do with Guadeloupean to pay for it with the atrocities and barbarism committed against them? I don't need to read Louis Delgrès to know what was done to my people. It is oral tradition in the Dominican families that loose people in El Cibao, especially in Santiago and Moca. I don't doubt that Haitian could thank him, but as it happens we are Dominicans and have nothing to be grateful for. We were invaded, with the best Haitian excused, we were subjugated, mistreat, force to pay for a debt that was not ours and to speak a foreign language among other abuses, without counting the killings and rape.

Well, say thanks to the french.Ask them why they killed all single Guadeloupean... All the slaves who were BURIED Alive each year by the french in Haiti. Aren't they humans ?

Who kill by sword will die by sword !
