RE: THE SOLUTION TO HAITI'S PROBLEMS CAN NOT COME FROM THE DR
poponlaburra
The 80/20 law is the present labor law from way back that prescribes that workers and laborers must be
80% Dominicans with documentation, and up to but not exceeding 20% foreigners with documentation
as well. So the government is breaking the law twice by hiring illegal Haitians and exceeding the 80/20
law in the books.
Doesn't end there to prove to you how the conspiracy is brewing:
The new immigration law that was passed in 2004 after 8 years of debates was taken all the way to the supreme court of the DR by a bunch of NGO's funded by international money. The supreme court ruled
for the constitutionality of the law, and guess what?
The government ( Secretaria de Interior y Policia) has been afraid to establish the rules to enforce the immigration law that survived the supreme court, and that establishes the urgent definition of transit births, and is now claiming to wait until the new constitution is drafted who knows when.
Sister, if this is not a conspiracy what is?

RE: THE SOLUTION TO HAITI'S PROBLEMS CAN NOT COME FROM DR or MURO POR LA VIDA
Guys I'll b eposting info on walls hope I won't bore you.

Israeli wall Origins and evolution,

The first 60-kilometer-long barrier erected between Israel and the Gaza Strip was constructed after the signing of the Oslo Accords in 1994, under the leadership of Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin. It was completed in 1996, but was largely torn down by Palestinians at the beginning of the Al-Aqsa Intifada. [8]
Between December 2000 and June 2001, the part of the barrier separating the Gaza Strip from Israel was reconstructed. A one-kilometer buffer zone was added, in addition to new high technology observation posts. Soldiers were also given new rules of engagement,[8] which, according to Ha'aretz, allow soldiers to fire at anyone seen crawling there at night. [10] Palestinians attempting to cross the barrier into Israel by stealth have been shot and killed. Some have later been found without weapons. [11]
A concrete wall over eight metres high equipped with electronic sensors and underground concrete barriers to prevent tunneling was constructed in 2005, adding to the already existent steel wall running the length of the border with Egypt. [14]

Not at all popon, you are welcome. A suggestion that I have accepted and learnt from the latest PM bombardment that I got, that if we use the Israeli wall as reference for our own Dominican-Haitian wall we will be catalogued worse than the Israelis, as far as bad PR. So I suggest in the future
to use the plans but not the reference. There is a Mexican-US wall going up. A Pakistani-India wall.
And our "Muro por la vida" soon to be born. Maybe you can help with the design?.

in my opinion , (and i don't care if any of you think is "racist"
if more haitian keep coming to d.r. year by year, dominican republic will turn into another haiti. most of the dominican republic upper class and middle class will be begging to come
to america (or even spain). dominican republic will become another black republic like haiti, and the country will sink, because of aids, violence, etc.

dominican republic is not perfect, but we cannot afford for dominican republic to become another haiti.

During the 22 yr Haitian Domination of the DR, our country lost most of the best Dominican families. Many of them immigranted to Venezuela, Puerto Rico and Cuba, stayed there and never came back. Others, lost their lives in the conflict and became war fatalities as victims of the Haitian soldiers. And I believe History will repeat itself, once again.

That might be so, but unlike you, we don't practice the "one drop" rule. So I don't need to remind you what people over here will tell you if you so much as think about preaching that idiotic pseudocientific crap to them.

We don't need a wall what we need are a hundreds of flame throwers and give them freely to all the border Dominican peasants that have their cattle, pigs, goats, and horses stolen and ripped apart by these Haitian scavengers that only come to DR para robar y matar lo que no es de ellos.

Eriliza,

don't let that 14 year old prick get to you.

dominican woman are fine, just like puerto rican woman and brazilian womans.

btw,

i think you look hot in that picture :D :) <3 <3

and yes i agree with the guy below my post: THERE IS NO "ONE DROP RULE" IN D.R., AND IN LATIN AMERICA.

the "one drop rule" is a racist and dumb rule made by some anglo rednecks, in the southern united states. historically, anyone with just one drop of black blood whats consider "black" in the united states. that mean even if you have 10% african heritage you will be consider "black" in the u.s.a. thanks to the "one drop rule".

heh, what a joke :P

this explain why some african american like (alicias keys, halle berry, etc. ) look nothing like haitians or jamaicans, who are generally 100% sub saharan african descent.
