yea...for some reason i think the capital will always remain Puerto Principe.

Brazil changed it's capital 3 times in it's history. First it was Salvador da Bahia de todos os Santos then Rio De Janeiro then more recently to Brasilia...a new city built from scratch.

But Brasil has the capabilities...Haiti does not!!!

Haiti has to be rebuilt from scratch anyhow so what is the difference, besides it is not the Haitians who are paying the bill so the donor nations should make it clear that a new location must be selected otherwise no money will be given ....beggars can be choosy!
Los enemigos de la Patria, por consiguiente nuestros, están todos muy acordes en estas ideas; destruir la nacionalidad aunque para ello sea preciso aniquilar a la Nación entera

si vis pacem para bellum

That link proves that any idiot can post on the internet no matter how ignorant or idiotic.People should at least have a friend who is literate spell check their idiocy because it's bad enough to write stupidity on a world forum ,it is worse when that idiocy is written badly!

"Haiti should have alienated themselves from Domican people long. For most of the Domican are nothing but monstrous.
Haitians since 1930’s have been killing by Dominican civilians and their government included the ordered killing of Haitians living in Dominican Republic known as Parsley Mssacre by former Dominican President Dictator Rafael Trujillo

As a Haitian I feel terrible knowing this know because I’m not much enough to do anything. However, I think it is ashamed for Haitians people who knew about this incident way before me, for not doing anything or talking about much despite these killing against Haitians by the Dominican are still going on now. I think they should have at least talked about it in their everyday life as a reminder, and, furthermore, to teach us, especially, the young Haitians children of what happened to Haitians people in Dominican Republic in the early years, so people like me and especially the youngs could learn and keep themselves away from those monstrous Dominican people.

The very latest’s Haitians killing by Dominican has just happened this week, where 3 Haitians have been killed by Dominican citizens while cutting down trees. They said the Haitians were cutting down trees alongside Haitians and Dominican border. l don’t know if maybe they try to use an excuse by saying that the Haitians victims were cutting down the trees to make charcoal, but it’s not important whether they were cutting down trees or not."

ROFL. I guess some people were born to be comedians.
