Information from the British Red Cross: http://britishredcross.posterous.com/ If you gave 4 million people 2 dollars a day in food, materials, sanitation, repairs, hospital services etc. for 4 months that adds up to a billion dollars plus. Probably in excess of four million peole need support. So its hardly surprising that US red cross aid from the mean americans is not much in evidence.
