I agree that we should be in peace and work together for the good of both countries. However, each country is sovereign and has its obligation to seek for the better and also in improving their own country.

Take this as an example. The alcoholic is in rehab trying to quit drinking. The rehab gives him or her all the abilities to stop drinking. But who has the power and the final word to stop drinking. The Dom Govt has traditionally assisted Haiti in front and behind the scenes, maybe for our own self interest but nevertheless we have. We have aslo served most of the time as the NFZ for the numerous ousts of their presidents since Papa doc and maybe even before.

Why dont they complain to the US who abducted Titi and escorted him out of his own country?
