Cyberdragon, here in Latin American, what actually do we have? We have European nations in America. Portugal is in the roots of Brazil and Spain is in the roots of everywhere from Mexico to Argentina, where you can find Italians roots and Germans roots too and we are third world nations. (By the way, you must remember that a great part of the European prosperity have to see with their very bad actions in our lands.)
I think that the big problems in countries like our countries are not linked to the genetic factor; they are linked to how strong our institutions are.
What happen with the people of these Latin American countries when they get into those countries with very strong institutions? They perfectly learn how to live in that environment and become themselves part of the first world.
Strong institutions, those are what we need now, strong institutions (with order and discipline). The day we get those institutions (and it always take some time –even for Europeans it took some time–) will be the first day of our brightest future, even with our genetic code just as it is right now.

Right!, but what race came up with the institutions and keeps innovating them?. The western European countries were pretty prosperous before the explorers they actually had a system. and this island's success has to do quite a lot with the 50-63% European blood that runs in most of us. I am not stupid for all I care. OUR people weren't robbed because the robbed ones were the Native Americans, and our people originated from the Europid mixing with the Negro and the Amerindian, we are not aborigines. OK, tell me of a black nation that is not in the third world. and tell me of a white nation that is in the third world.

La diferencia de una raza a otra no son solamente las faciones de la cara(nariz, frente, orejas, etc.), el tipo de craneo y el color, sino también el comportamiento, los negroides tienden a ser mas agresivos, los orientales mas analíticos y los europoides mas creativos.
Las mezclas varian mucho, unos son bien inteligentes como hay unos bien estupidos, como hay que son entre dos.

Así como un Pitbull se comporta diferente a un Pastor Alemán, de esa misma forma un negro se va a comportar diferente a uno de otra raza, claro a menos que lo entrenes siempre van a haber excepciones pero tendencias son tendencias.

Nope, I am not Dominican, however you have a very long way to go my friend after high school, keep learning you will find out more...some issues are more complex than you imagine, the easy answer seem obvious base on your own theory and interpretation, one can say a glass of water can be half full or half empty
