I will try to start a business in Haiti (commercial print shop) and create some better paying jobs. I started to call different org to do just that.

I've actually made a couple of calls to certain organizations that finance businesses in underdeveloped markets. My background is marketing sales so I would work very hard getting the clients.
Soros was building a large industrial park in PAP and I was looking into that. My father is an acct and he was looking around for me as well and trying to setup some contacts as well.
I wasn't sure If PAP or CapHatien would be better.
Another problem was Electricity. I think with a lot of tenacity it would've happened.

Education, Security, Rooting out Corruption. It's a long arduous process. I know they need a plan for the whole country not just PAP. They have to implement this plan for the country as a whole and not just PAP.

They are suppose to look like pure-ebony, unadulterated, negroid black, the racial make-up of 95% of the population, that is what a Haitian is expected to look like in most, if not all cases, with a few rare exceptions and you are one of those few exceptions. It is probable that the circle of friends which you surrounded yourself with, looked like yourself or were lighter then you. In addition, I am almost certain that while you lived in Haiti, hardly ever did you venture out to mingle with the dispossessed masses unless they were hired hand and is unlikely that you had to interact within the chaos of Haitian underdevelopment. You stayed within the safe, secure, and sterile cocoon environment of your secluded enclave, but not far and nearby, you were surrounded by the reality of people in severe misery, infrahuman poverty, the wretched of the earth.

This is what you fail to state and selectively forgot to mentioned, that Haiti is mostly populated by drastically poor, black peasants. These were the people that stared in your face day-by-day, a normal everyday thing, which like you thousands of elite Haitians, could care less, preferred to ignore, look the other way and simply acted like if they were not there.

People should be entitled to make what ever comments they want to make. The last thing the world needs is thought police. Almost anywhere you go on the internet you are going to find offensive comments. The good thing about the internet is that people express their real opinions instead of what is considered popular opinion or politically correct. I don't think Haiti will ever change for the better as long as the same political system and Haitian elite are still exercising power. Haiti needs a reset button as far as that goes. Name calling is expected. That's just a character flaw. Nationality or education level has no bearing on that and everybody has some sort of character flaw. Personally, I think Haitians should be relocated to French Guyana,partitioned their own Haitian state and here's why.

1. French Guyana has only around 250,000 people.

2. French Guyana has somewhere near 90% jungle cover.

3. French Guyana is three times the size of Haiti

4. French Guyanese speak French creole that is very similar to Kreyol Ayisyen.

5. Culturally French Guyana,Martinique,Guadeloupe and Haitian are similar to each other.

6. Haitians would get a fresh start in a new fertile cultivable land.

I know this would never happen in the real world but it's a good pipe dream none the less.
