UN and other nations involvement saying they are in Haiti to help but nothing happens after millions of Haitian sick and tired of being victims of many outsiders. UN "peace keepers" murdering Haitians and going one after another for what i call Sex tours instead of peace keeping. Everybody talks about helping Haiti yet DR being a poor country itself have done more that many nations put together. Why is Haiti still in this position and yes i know some Haitian help this cause but come on is abvious there are bigger hands involved in the distruction of Haiti. Today A Haitian friend os mine told me he believe there is a plot for genocide in Haiti. I have expressed my feeling on this before and i think there is no real interest from other nations to help Haiti. So do you guys think Hatiti is going thru a 21st century genocide or am i just having a bad nightmare. http://santiago.indymedia.org/news/2004/10/26695.php http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VRbPgqgmGbQ check out this link please. Here is what i mean by 21st century genocide. There is 3 things every country needs to survive 1. food 2. people 3 health When the USA pretty much blocks the main product which is rice and runs local farms out of business then they control and provide aids to look like heroes. turn its people against each other then goes on to provide no help on long term solutions what you end up with is a 21st century genocide. Why do you think everybody only provides food to Haiti even tough they have great soil and cheap labor to produce it because thats the stratergy is for Haiti to keep asking for aids. My father always told me "Learn how to fish don't just ask for 1 fish". So whats the solution is my thinking Haiti should declare a war on the blockage of rice and produce in Haiti by locals. You're right. I hate Duvallier for all he did at Haiti but the one thing I really love in what he did, it's what we said in French " auto-suffisance",The only rice allowed to sold in Haiti were Haitian rice. I say it again, the L'Artibonite region could give rice to all Haiti if we work on it. The haitian rice cold less than import rice from Miami. The miami rice is not good at all. Beside, oil to cook here in Canada is made with almost all plants, why they dont teach to haitian how to do oil ? |

Last time i went to Haiti i was shocked at the availabilty rice from USA had everywhere then i started looking into and asking locals and was even more shocked that you guys are paying USA prices for it with all the cheap labor in Haiti why would that be even happening. As i have said many times before there are bigger hand behind this and why in the world nobody just teach Haiti how to do it instead of just providing the finish product i don't knw but somehting smells wierd to me. Haiti needs a real leader and i just don't see it in the current presidency. Where are the doctors that in the Relatioship Cuba-Haiti, went to Cuba to learn? All of them go outside of the country. Why buy rice from the USA ? Why we dont buy rice from the Chineese Taipei, good friend of Haiti, I think the price would be less than the USA.... Edited on 4/18/2009 2:15 PM by TN1804. |
