The embassy would be a good try as well but the majority of hispanics out there are on the military bases. |

I am very sorry to hear that, I guess it was nice while is lasted. I own rental property and one of my tenants is Japanese. An excellent person, nice, clean responsible one of the best tenants I have ever had. Met his sister, wow really very cute. I was never attracted to Asian females, but now I could understand why. Nevertheless, the culture is very different. Those folks are very discipline, a very rigid society, laziness is not tolerated. You can not be lax and there is no room for improvisation. Japan is definately not a very happy go lucky place. I was told that the country posts one of the highest divorce and suicide rates in the world. The people are like work machines. They work all day and just go home at night to sleep and start all over again the next day and this is not optional, it is expected from everyone. They do have week-ends off thank God. In terms of the amount of hours and dedication that is demanded, salaries are really not that high. I guess I would kill myself also if I had to work like that. My tenant tells me that eventhough Japan is a very good modern, clean and advance country however, he believes the US is so much better. |
