Yes, sounds that the government needs to urgently appoint a minister of nutrition to prevent obesity and promote good nutrition - with a state TV channel to promote ti. The stimulus to the economy would be enormous as people eat more fresh beans and carrots, less starchy bread and flour etc. State run restaurants could promote healthy eating and reduce energy use in food preparation.
