Location: Dominican Republic, vieja Santo Domingo Join date: April 2008 Member #: 594 Posts: 4808 | RE: CABRERA'S BEAUTY I totally agree that it is delightful but it does get more rain than the east so the days are a little unpredictable ..I think that La Catelina is one of the most delightful hotels in the caribbean, Playa Grande is dangerous but great surf and a quiet atmosphere ..can you tell me what is happening with the beach as I heard that it had been closed and also the big AI hotel there which is closed. Last time I was in Cabrera I thought the roads were a little better also ..but it is indeed a glorious part of the DR |
