You must live under a rock. How in the world you went to the South and did not come across African Americans in cities such as Charlotte, Atlanta, Savannah, Richmond, Montgomery, etc. who come from a long lineage of hard-working, successful ancestors. We own land, have businesses and see hispanics as leeches who are here benefiting from our ancestors' struggles for civil rights. We don't mix with the mexicans here, they are third world field hands. When they come around, drugs increase, neighborhoods go to hell and gangs are prevalent. 2) BTW, what are you getting out of being racist? I'm African American and whites mistake me for dominican. That is an insult to me. I am not from some degenerate, dirty, 3rd world island. However, whites only see color (hispanic is not a race, it's an ethnicity). 3) For you and hispanics like you, who think slapping a hispanic name over brown skin, curly/kinky hair, full lips changes your racial heritage, ask a white person what a SALTWATER NIGGER is. You can google it too, see how they really feel about you. |

One black girl would not tolerate any type of spanish music whatsoever to the point if i played any in my car she would yell for me to turn it off. She was so ignorant and ridiculous when it came to anything outside of african american culture. Girl was just a bitch point blank. Another girl refused to come with me to a tipico performance even though i offered to pay her ticket. Her comment was i will not go to some concert where i dont understand the lyrics. Honestly i cant generalize but such additudes point to an even greater issue that could carry to other situations. I do not condem marriage to a black woman no matter what race or nationality you are but at the same time the man who finds one i tip my hat to because i have to say it would make one an OAK!!! Black latina From my experience, if I may speak the truth. After more than 30 years here in the US and I have traveled extensively, black americans as a whole are not well cultured. I have exoerience the same, the usual respond from my black americans sisters, "what the hell is that". During my military tenure, It was abvious to me that my brothers and sisters had quite a hardtime adjusting in different environment. Sometime, they would point fingers at me since I have had any problem with the locals in any of my military tours of duty. Case and point, in Deutchland, first thing I didi was to learm to speak german. I recalled of my colleague asking me, "what kind of nigga are you?". Unfortunatelly, it is difiicult to broaden the cultural horizon of black americans. My conclusion, the pastors have too much control over their existence. Karl Marx was quoted as saying "religion is the opiate of the people." He might have had a point. |

Jesus beats out everyone, everytime and his point is always well taken. But my beef is not with Jesus nor the heavenly father the almighty God. It is organize religion and its ecclesiastical hierchy is where I have issues and their claims to a heavenly franchise rights and exclusivity to salvation.
