Immigration Law as i said in another thread, withholding the vote is a legitimate exercise of the franchise. a guy with a Doctorate, such as yourself, should know that. that is taught in elementary civics. maybe you did not attend school on the days when that was taught. maybe you did not attend school at all. thats more like it. then again, you do not know the difference between CRIMINAL code and CIVIL Code, so what else is new. |

Immigration Law it is ilegal to enter the US without permission and every country , no exceptions has the right to deport all ilegal immigrants to its country. the reason that it is a civil offense( the first time caught) and not a criminal offense is the strongest argument agaisnt this law, and likely the one that will make overules it after a big fight.  |
