We are seeking a call center services for 2 dedicated bilingual reps to offer customer support for our ecommerce sites. We have been looking at Costa Rica but a friend mentioned that I should consider the DR as well. Any thoughts or recommendations ? Thanks in advance !! |

Check out ACS based in Dallas,TX and they have offices in Santo Domingo,DR. Very reputable company that's been in business for a long time in DR.
